Honeys from the northeast of Brazil have a high level of fructose and low level of glucose, and are light and very valued.

Caatinga Polyfloral comes from various flowering natives of the northeastern backlands of Brazil. Here you can savour the nectar of the quince tree, mimosa, gitirana, bamburral, mofumbo, thrush, among others. From these plants comes an aromatic honey – colourful, smooth and sweet. This honey is rich in natural properties that reduces stress, promotes intestinal functioning, and strengthen the immune system.
