Shamus has prepared food sourced from the UK's finest purveyors for a variety of occasions - from small personal dinner parties to large-scale corporate functions for more than 1,000 people including the Princes Youth Business Trust.
He has appeared on several TV cookery programmes - where his passion for food and straight talking style has made him a very popular on a variety of shows, including Working Lunch (BBC 2) and European Business News (Cable).
A Freeman of the 'Worshipful Livery of Cooks', Shamus set up his own successful food company, offering fine smoked meats from his base in the Highlands of Scotland. Soon, he was in demand as a consultant - marketing and selling to large multi chain food retailers, the hotel/restaurant sector and catering trade, where he built up an extensive network of contacts and clients.
